By requesting a quote, approving an estimate, scheduling service, or signing an agreement, the Client agrees to the following Terms of Service.

1. Quoting & Property Inspection
By requesting a quote, the Client authorizes The A Team Pressure Washing LLC, including its employees and approved subcontractors, to access and inspect the property for the purpose of evaluating and preparing an estimate.
Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Any additional services required due to unforeseen conditions may result in additional charges. The Client will be notified prior to any additional work being performed.
All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days from the date issued. After 30 days, pricing may be subject to change.

2. Complete Care Proposal
Clients may request a Complete Care Proposal, which includes a full evaluation of all exterior cleaning services for the property.
• Acceptance qualifies for a 15% discount
• All services must be completed within the same project timeframe
• Multi-day projects qualify if completed as one continuous project

3. Scheduling, Deposits & Cancellations
Scheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions.
For projects exceeding $1,000, a 50% deposit is required to secure scheduling.
If the Client cancels after scheduling:
• 25% of the deposit is non-refundable
• Plus the cost of any inventory or supplies purchased specifically for the project
The remaining portion of the deposit will be refunded.
Priority Scheduling:
Clients may request expedited or priority scheduling to move their project ahead of previously scheduled services.
• Priority scheduling is subject to availability
• A fee equal to 15% of the total project cost or $150 minimum (whichever is greater) will apply
• Acceptance may require rescheduling other projects

4. Property Access & Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide:
• Clear access to all areas requiring service
• Access to a functioning on-site water supply
If water is not available, a water hauling fee will apply.
The Client is also responsible for preparing the property prior to service, including:
• Closing all windows and doors
• Ensuring seals are properly maintained
• Removing or securing patio furniture, decorations, and personal items
Items left in service areas may be exposed to water and cleaning solutions. The Company is not responsible for damage to or cleaning of these items.

5. Landscaping & Site Conditions
We take reasonable precautions to protect landscaping.
However, we are not responsible for damage to plants, trees, or grass including but not limited to:
• Pre-existing health conditions
• Chemical sensitivity
• Environmental or seasonal factors
If overgrown vegetation restricts access to service areas, additional charges may apply for clearing or trimming.

6. Weather Policy
Services are weather dependent.
• Delays will shift scheduling forward in original order
• During colder months, service will begin only when temperatures are at or above 40°F
• Work will conclude in time to properly winterize equipment before freezing conditions

7. Cleaning Process & Chemical Use
We use professional-grade equipment and cleaning solutions in accordance with industry standards.
By agreeing to service, the Client acknowledges:
• Cleaning agents are necessary for effective results
• All reasonable precautions are taken to protect property and surrounding areas

8. Cleaning Results & Limitations
We aim to deliver the best possible results.
However:
Additional treatment services are available at an added cost
• Complete stain removal is not guaranteed
• Some stains such as rust, paint, oxidation, or oil based buildup may remain

9. Pre-Existing Conditions
The Company is not responsible for damage related to pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:
• Loose or peeling paint
• Oxidation
• Failing seals, caulking, or materials
• Structural defects
Cleaning may reveal or worsen these conditions.

10. Additional Service-Specific Terms
Fleet & Vehicle Washing:
We use cleaning methods designed for vehicles and equipment. The Client is responsible for removing personal belongings and notifying us of sensitive areas or existing damage. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose decals, or failing finishes.
Parking Lot Sweeping:
The Client must ensure the area is reasonably clear of vehicles and obstacles and provide access to an on-site dumpster when available.
• If no dumpster is provided, disposal fees will apply
• Fine debris such as sand or small gravel may remain
• Large debris such as rocks or heavy gravel may require additional charges due to manual removal

11. Commercial Services
All general terms apply to commercial projects.
We will make reasonable efforts to work around operating hours. For 24-hour facilities, some work may be completed during operating hours. We will coordinate with the Client to minimize disruption.

12. Insurance
Proof of insurance is available upon request.
If the Client requires additional coverage beyond our standard policy, any associated costs may be passed on to the Client.

13. Invoicing & Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service.
• A 7-day grace period is provided
• After 7 days, a one-time 10% late fee will be applied to the outstanding balance
Net-30 Clients:
• Payment is due within 30 days
• A one-time 10% late fee will be applied after 45 days if unpaid
Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept cash, check, and electronic payments.
• Electronic payments (including credit/debit cards and digital payments) are subject to a 3% processing fee

14. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work.
• Any concerns must be reported within 3 days of service completion
• After 3 days, the work is considered complete and accepted
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve valid concerns reported within that timeframe.

15. Communication
The Client agrees to provide accurate contact information and remain reasonably available for communication.
By providing contact information, the Client agrees to receive service-related communications via call, text, or email. Marketing messages may be sent periodically and may be opted out of at any time.

16. Media Release
The Client grants The A Team Pressure Washing LLC permission to take photographs and video of the property before, during, and after service.
The Client agrees that these images and videos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:
• Social media
• Website content
• Advertising and promotional materials
No personally identifiable information (such as names or addresses) will be shared without additional consent.

17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Missouri law:
The Company’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service provided.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

18. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.

19. Agreement
By requesting service or approving an estimate, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
